• Acceptance of Service: All sales are final. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and accept the edited results as per the agreed-upon terms.

• No Returns: Due to the digital nature of the service, no refunds or returns are available once the editing process has begun.

**4. Client Responsibilities

• File Submission: Clients must provide clear, high-resolution RAW images in the specified format.

• Usage Rights: Upon completion, clients are granted personal usage rights for the edited images. Commercial usage may require additional licensing agreements.

• Quality Assurance: While every effort is made to ensure client satisfaction, Laura Lazar cannot be held responsible for subjective opinions regarding the aesthetic outcomes of the edits.

• Damage to Files: Laura is not liable for any loss or damage to original files provided for editing.

• Ownership: All edited images remain the intellectual property of Laura Lazar until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as per the usage rights agreed upon.

• Attribution: Clients are encouraged to credit Laura Lazar Photography when sharing edited images on public platforms.
