The hosting provider may process ordinary technical data — such as an IP address, device or browser type, access time and requested page — to deliver, secure and diagnose the website.

The website currently uses no user accounts, analytics tools, advertising pixels or other non-essential tracking mechanisms.

The website has no form with its own storage. If you choose an email, WhatsApp or Facebook link, you leave the website and the selected service opens with a contextual message that you can edit before sending. Information you decide to send is used to answer your request and continue the conversation you initiated.

The voucher purchase flow may process the buyer’s name and email, optional recipient name and email, an optional personal message and technical order data. The order is persisted in PostgreSQL and payment is processed on Stripe’s hosted page. No account is created and this website does not store complete card details.

After payment is confirmed, the saved details are used to issue the voucher electronically and send it by email. Controller identity, legal bases, recipients, transfers, safeguards, retention periods and data-rights procedures still require professional confirmation.

WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram links are external and begin communicating with those platforms only after you choose to visit them. The selected service’s privacy practices apply from that point; Laura does not control how those platforms process data.
