The Laura Lazar Photography voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be given to another person.

The voucher may be used for one booking. If the selected service costs more than the voucher value, the difference is paid separately.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are processed manually through Stripe, and the related voucher must be cancelled and may no longer be used.

Appointments and rescheduling are agreed separately, subject to Laura Lazar Photography’s availability.

For promotional vouchers, the value shown on the voucher remains the usable value, even if the price paid was lower.

Once payment is confirmed, the voucher is issued electronically and sent by email.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Laura Lazar Photography does not store complete card details.
